SHOW-CASE project No. 3 Shinro Otake Time Memory/Feedback
Two years ago, the prototype Exhibition was held as "Show-Case Project". The resticted or free parts of this projects are in the reverse order to the ordinary exhibition in the sense that it doesn't exhibit in exhibition room, but the display case is provided. It is also a significant feature that one creates freely printed matter whose format and rule are decided to some extent.
For the third project, Shinro Otake is in charge and the work named as "Time Memory/ Feedback" appears. One could interpret it both as fragments and a accumlation of memory, both as a shape and traces of the time which doesn't stop and continue to overlap or its device. The mysterious work seems to escape from each of them. It will stand quietly in the corner of a passage and surely ticks in motion, responding to and causing a hauling to the person standing in front of it.

SHOW-CASE project is conceived as the optional exhibition project of contemporary art, centering on the print material related to a display case.
Anywhere could be exhibited on the condition that the designated display-case is used. The print material is opened to the artist on the condition that it follows the basic format and rule.
We hope that the both regular and free sides of the project have a synergistic effect and inspire the variety and idea of the artist.
