Reopening of Art Space

 Keio University Art Space was temporarily closed from April 7(Tuesday), 2020 due to the spread of COVID-19, but after ensuring safety from the viewpoint of virus infection prevention, it will be open from Monday, August 17 2020 with "complete reservation system".
 In order to thoroughly implement measures to prevent infection, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
 Please note that the status may be changed in a hurry depending on the state of request from the national government and local governments, such as the recurrence of an emergency declaration.

Opening date: Monday, August 17, 2020
Opening hours: 11:00-17:00
Applicable time: 1 hour
Number of reception: up to 3 people per hour (up to 18 people per day)

[Request to visitors]

・Advance reservations are required online to enter the building (details about the reservation system will be released on August 11th (Tuesday)).

・Please refrain from entering if you have fever or coughing symptoms.

・When entering the building, a non-contact thermometer is used to measure your temperature. If a fever of 37.5 degrees or higher is confirmed, we will refuse your admission.

・A mask is required to enter.

・Please cooperate with hand washing and alcohol disinfection.

・Please keep at least 2 meters from other customers.

・Please refrain from talking in the exhibition room.

・Please do not touch the work, display case, equipment or wall.

・To protect your work, please refrain from bringing large items into the hall.

 You are responsible for recording the date and time of your visit to the museum. Please check the website of the museum as appropriate, and if the customer is visiting on the date and time of occurrence, please contact the nearest prefecture/consultation counter.

  • On the day of your visit, please give your name to the receptionist at the entrance.
  • Reservations can only be made through this website. Reservations cannot be made by phone.
  • You can make a reservation only through this website. Please enter within 30 minutes of the start of each designated time.
  • Please be sure to leave the building before the next visitor enters.
  • You may make a reservation for up to one person at a time. Please make the reservation in your name.
